Food Pilgrimage- Lunch @ The NoMad Hotel NYC

Last year, the most eagerly anticipated hotel opened up in the Flatiron district in Chelsea called The NoMad Hotel. The name alludes to the popularity of the "food pilgrimage" around the triangular shaped area right above Madison Square park. Right above the park, one can find rows of food trucks in the triangle square during the summer. Around the square are popular restaurants like Shake Shake in the Park, Eataly, and Eleven Madison Park. Steph (weffieweffers) and I decided to ball out a little, and have a naughty long lunch to make the week feel brighter.

The Actual Dining Area in the NoMad Hotel is a 200 year old Fireplace imported from France. C'est magnifique!!!

I think Steph and I will have to go back here and splurge some more! I suggest you do the same but, prime seating will require reservations around two weeks in advance. Steph pulled us some stings and got us tables on demand :)
Thanks for a marvelous time Weffie <3
This is just a little extra bonus, but on my way back to my office, I ran into EVA from ANTM (America's Next Top Model Cycle 3)!!!
She was quite lovely and charming
Next time, I have to go back to the NoMad and try the Chicken dish, with Foie gras and morel and black truffle dish. I will tell you all about it once I have tried it.
Hope you all have a wonderful lunch today and have the most spectacular weekend. TGIF!
xoxo
