SUPER SLUTTY BROWNIE RECIPE

Hands down the most sinful recipe ever. Super Slutty Brownies! I've heard of this recipe but, have seen most other blogger make this out of scratch it and it seemed like too much work!

I recently stumbled upon a recipe that uses shortcuts and it's the perfect recipe for me. After a long day of work, classes, and taking care of my growing son Leo, I don't always have time to spend 3 hours in the kitchen. So why reinvent the wheel when someone else did all the work for you?

Delizioso! Gelato Making Class @ Mia Chef Gelateria NYC

Happy Monday my sweets! I know Mondays are terrible, and I wish I could just crawl back up in my warm and cozy bed to snuggle with my baby Leo. Let's buck up and take on the week with a scoop of creamy and refreshing gelato from Mia Chef Gelateria!

Last week, Allan and I went to a gelato making class and brought home 8 pints of gelato! I thought it would be much harder to make, but making gelato was fun and easy.
But seriously, come over. I told Blake (my roommate) he couldn't have any but, I will make an exception for you ;)

Boob Cookies - Hazelnut Salted Caramel Double stuffed Chocolate Chips

Smashin' cookies that look like boobs! I was reading a bunch of food blogs a few weeks ago and came across a bunch of recipes that I wanted to try and this one totally caught my attention. I snagged this Salted caramel + Nutella stuffed double chocolate chip cookie recipe from TWC and switched up the Rolo ingredient for Hershey Kisses to make the cookies look like nip slips.

I really like the stop motion video version of the instructions from TWC, so I'll make sure I include it in the end of the this post.
But seriously, these cookies are fan-freakin-tastic. I haven't mastered the recipe quite yet but, I think I can get it to perfection on the next try if I add MORE nutella. Maybe you can make them better and bring them to my office for me to try :)

Channeling My Inner Julia Child - DIY

Halloween and football season is approaching, and here are two DIY dessert ideas for my friends and family. This all started after my visit to Royce Chocolate (remember this post) and saw the $17 price tag on the chocolate covered potato chips that I love. Honestly, $17 is pretty expensive for snacks so I went and made them myself for $7 (just the chocolate covered chips), and even shared them with my bf's family!

Each bag of chocolate is around $3-$6 depending on where you buy them, the strawberries were $5.99 for 2 lbs where I bought them, and the a bag of Ruffle's Potato Chips cost around $3.49. Making Chocolate covered strawberries or chocolate covered potato chips at home is super easy, and will only take you 30 minutes!

チョコレート! Don't fall in Love - Fall in Chocolate

There are infinite reasons to love chocolate. Sometimes I just need a bite of it to get through the intense hustle and bustle of New York City but really, "desserts" is really just stressed spelled backwards. Chocolate doesn't ask you silly questions, it just understands you. I've never met a chocolate I didn't like. Chocolate is cheaper than therapy and you don't need an appointment. I Love Chocolate. I Love Royce.
