No Wait, No Lines = The Naked CRONUT Recipe

Croissoughnut = Cronuts

Everyone has been obsessed with them and they are still hard to get, even after almost a full year since it's creation. Yeah yeah yeah, I know I can go on Dominique Ansel's website and pre-order them or drag my butt over to Spring street and wait on the never-ending line outside her bakery at the crack of dawn but, I would rather not. To get around all the fuss of waiting, Allan and I picked a rainy Sunday and decided to make our own Cronuts within the confinements of our home sweet home. I scoured the web and found a decent recipe I wanted to use. My boo thang got so excited, he stripped down to his undies for this recipe. I mean let's be real homies, Cronuts are great and all, but nothing tastes as good as naked feels. So don't go nuts for a Cronut. Come over to mi casa, strip down, and Allan will make you a Cronut. How does that sound?

Hope you enjoy our Lesbananas Naked Cronut Recipe ❤

SUPER SLUTTY BROWNIE RECIPE

Hands down the most sinful recipe ever. Super Slutty Brownies! I've heard of this recipe but, have seen most other blogger make this out of scratch it and it seemed like too much work!

I recently stumbled upon a recipe that uses shortcuts and it's the perfect recipe for me. After a long day of work, classes, and taking care of my growing son Leo, I don't always have time to spend 3 hours in the kitchen. So why reinvent the wheel when someone else did all the work for you?

Delizioso! Gelato Making Class @ Mia Chef Gelateria NYC

Happy Monday my sweets! I know Mondays are terrible, and I wish I could just crawl back up in my warm and cozy bed to snuggle with my baby Leo. Let's buck up and take on the week with a scoop of creamy and refreshing gelato from Mia Chef Gelateria!

Last week, Allan and I went to a gelato making class and brought home 8 pints of gelato! I thought it would be much harder to make, but making gelato was fun and easy.
But seriously, come over. I told Blake (my roommate) he couldn't have any but, I will make an exception for you ;)

Boob Cookies - Hazelnut Salted Caramel Double stuffed Chocolate Chips

Smashin' cookies that look like boobs! I was reading a bunch of food blogs a few weeks ago and came across a bunch of recipes that I wanted to try and this one totally caught my attention. I snagged this Salted caramel + Nutella stuffed double chocolate chip cookie recipe from TWC and switched up the Rolo ingredient for Hershey Kisses to make the cookies look like nip slips.

I really like the stop motion video version of the instructions from TWC, so I'll make sure I include it in the end of the this post.
But seriously, these cookies are fan-freakin-tastic. I haven't mastered the recipe quite yet but, I think I can get it to perfection on the next try if I add MORE nutella. Maybe you can make them better and bring them to my office for me to try :)

Allan and Leo's Homemade Sweet Potato Treats!

When our baby Leo is happy, Allan and I are happy. Prince Leo has been with us for about 5 months (just about 7 months old ) now and since we brought our precious angel home, there have been a lot more focus on preserving Leo's health and feeding him only natural/organic products with no preservatives.

Sometimes the snacks we buy him from various shops can be expensive and risky for people like me, who trust only a selected number of brands to make my puppy's treats. Dog Nation Sweet potato baked chews that you can buy at Petco can cost you around $8.99 plus tax for a small pouch of maybe 5 thin sliced of sweet potato. With Allan's little recipe here, we can get you more than a dozen all natural, crispy, chewy and economically efficient cookies for your best friend. You can do it all under $8.99.
